So this is what has happened in the 5+ months since we last blogged:

March madness...

Ok, finally some recent pictures of Sarah!

Spring has sprung here in Oklahoma, complete with budding trees, tulips, wasps and tornadoes :) Sarah wants to go "OUTSIDE!" all the time.

You might notice her shoes are off. Removing her shoes is a favorite past time. It results in a pile of shoes in the bottom of the van and no shoes in the closet when we need them. She also likes to remove her clothes, but we're saving those pictures to embarrass her when she's older...

Yes, that is a cast on her arm. A small "buckle fracture" after a fall off the bed. She only had to wear it for 2 weeks, which was a good thing, since after 3 days she started pulling the plaster cast off all by herself. Turns out she was a mini-Houdini with casts and various other wrist-stabilizing paraphernalia we attempted to put on. It became the ultimate toddler tantrum:

US: "No, Sarah, please don't _______" (hit your brothers, mash banana on the floor, remove your diaper, etc.)

Sarah: Looks silly parents directly in the eye and Voila! removes cast and throws it on the ground.

New Dora potty! Partly because we have high hopes for potty training this summer and partly because we want to encourage sitting on the potty as opposed to standing in front of the potty and trying to go like James & Eli. Mostly because we must own everything on God's green earth emblazoned with Dora's image.

Yaya (Rebecca's mom) came to visit for spring break and got to watch karate testing and lead egg hunts. (We're down to just 2 missing eggs!)
