Sarah has grown amazingly this month...some days we feel like we are watching our baby vanish right before our eyes! Luckily she is turning into the most adorable toddler, so we don't miss our baby quite so much.

30 days has September...

...and we didn't post on a single one of them!

It was a great month. Sarah turned 1!!!

She got her own phone, so she can stop wrecking ours.

Great Aunt Susan came for a visit (which inspired the first post on her new blog - check out our list of links)

Grandma and Papa from New Jersey came for a visit too! We had one last hurrah in the pools and made our first trip to the Oklahoma State Fair. Pig races and log rolling were among the highlights...you probably had to be there.

Momentous Occasions

On August 5th James turned 7 years old and Sarah celebrated by taking her first steps. The boys did extra chores all summer to finance their share of a new piano. And our brand new neighborhood elementary school was completed - James started 2nd grade and Eli started kindergarten. It's been a big month!

The homemade pinata was Daddy's fabulous brainchild - the masks the boys made at art camp duct taped together. The tiger and cheetah went perfectly with the jungle theme.
